Waxed: to grow, to improve, to become
When I opened Waxed, I wanted to create a place where you could grow more than you could on your own. We all know its easier to grow in a group environment. We love the camaraderie that the salon environment can bring, but eventually you grow, your needs change, you need different hours, want more freedom but now you have to move and that means losing clients- no matter how much they love you, some of them just aren't going to follow you.
That's why I am paving a new lane in the industry. One where you can start as an employee, and work your way up to being your own boss... without ever having to leave and lose clients.
The amazing thing about a career in the beauty industry (especially waxing) is the flexibility it gives you as you grow a family or build the life of your dreams. Being able to make a full time income on part time hours is a life hack. Getting paid to have girl time and make people feel/look better? Sign me up! But so many try and fail in this industry. We need mentors. Someone who can teach us not just in a one day class, but over time. Molding us into a successful business woman/man.
That is what you can get here at Waxed. I won't force you to do things. But i will water the ones who want to be watered. I will pour into those who pour into others.

Hourly/Commission Employee
For those just starting out or who want the security and reliability of being an employee. We offer hourly (Starting at $15/hr) or (starting at) 40% commission, whichever is higher.
Tips paid directly to you, available immediately.
Clients pay salon.
Payroll paid every Friday for week prior. Taxes withheld and paid for you.

1099 Contractor- Commission
For those who want the flexibility and freedom of being booth rent but don't have a stable enough clientele to make sure you're profitable, we offer a commission based contract position. Set your own hours, use your own products or ours (at cost) and build your clientele in a fun environment with other like minded estis. Fully furnished rooms. Starting at 60% Commission.
Tips paid directly to you, available immediately.
Client payments paid to salon
Contractors are paid every Friday for the week prior- no taxes withheld.

1099 Suite Rental - COMING SOON
For those who are ready to be their own boss, order all their own supplies, furnish their own room, and are looking for a fun and reliable place. We have on site laundry, a full time receptionist, 3 bathrooms, free booking system (optional).
Rent is due weekly every Friday.
