At our salon, we understand that life can get crazy, and sometimes your plans take an unexpected detour. While we're all about embracing your inner wanderer, we also want to keep things fair for our fantastic stylists. So, here's our cancellation policy, sprinkled with a dash of humor:


  1. The Last-Minute Change of Heart: We know you're a free spirit, and your moods can swing like a pendulum. If you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, no worries! Just be prepared to face the consequences of your fickle heart. We'll apply a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost—a small reminder to keep your heart in check. 
  2. The Great Escape: Life is an adventure, and we appreciate your impromptu spirit. If you suddenly find yourself climbing Mount Everest or setting sail across the ocean, let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll happily reschedule your appointment without any cancellation fee. Bon voyage, adventurer!
  3. The Mysterious Vanishing Act: Abracadabra, alakazam! If you disappear without a trace and fail to show up for your appointment, we'll miss you, but we'll also apply a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost. We'll keep a lookout for any magic tricks you might have up your sleeve!


Remember, our stylists pour their heart and soul into their craft, so please respect their time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, give us a heads-up as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs, keep the fun spirit alive, and ensure that someone else can snag that coveted time slot.

It’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments through Boulevard are subject to the following terms:

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment. Please note any deposits are non refundable but are transferable
  • Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
  • If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).
  • Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at the time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages does not cancel your appointment
  • To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.
